LIVWELL Organic Market Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we’re here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time of purchase to request a return.  The return policy for Ecommerce purchases varies from our in-store purchases and is stipulated below.  All returns are subject to associate review and approval.

Return of In-Store Purchase

All items must be returned to the store with the original purchase receipt.  Returns may be refunded or exchanged as per the eligibility requirements below.

  • Items that have been opened must be returned with the remaining contents.
  • The return must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • The original purchase receipt must be present.

The following items are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Books
  • Juicers, diffusers, water filters, and salt lamps
  • Bulk herbs, spices, and teas
  • Perishable items including (refrigerated, frozen, and baked goods)
  • Special orders
  • Discounted items
  • Gift certificates

The following items are eligible for exchange only.

  • Makeup
  • Items that have hidden damage or considered defective

 

Return of Ecommerce Purchases

Please inspect your order upon receipt.  If your item(s) is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately by phone.

Items that were received from a local delivery driver may only be returned by bringing the item back to the store and will be considered for return under the In-Store policy.

Returns of eligible items received from a shipping company will follow the same eligibility requirements as the In-Store Purchase.  To start your return, please visit our webstore to initiate your return.  Your return request will be reviewed by our staff.  If your request is accepted, a shipping label will be emailed to you along with any instructions.  Shipping charges for return will be deducted from any refund (LIVWELL Members will enjoy free return shipping).   Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
